Only purchases made online from our website are available for refunds; exchanges are not permitted. Please submit the following Product Return Form with your return. Any return without a Product Return Form will not be accepted.
In the event that your unworn product purchased from our website does not meet your expectations, you may call or email us to request a Product Return Number within 15 days of the date you receive the package. With the Product Return Number, you will receive credit to your original payment method, less any shipping charges.
Please be aware that any return postmarked after 15 days of receiving a Product Return Number or packages received without a Product Return Number will be returned to you. In the case that you do not accept the item to be returned to you, you will be charged a restocking fee (50% of the value of the item, plus any shipping charges).
Returned product(s) must fulfill the following criteria in order to receive a refund:
- The item has not been worn or used
- All items are returned including the eyewear, case, and cloth
- The eyewear is free of any damage caused by the customer
- The items are returned in its original packaging
In an odd event that a damaged item is shipped to you, please notify us within 10 days from the date you receive your package. Any damage claim made after 10 days will not be accepted.
When sending a return, please use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your package, as Ayumi Eyewear is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. A notification to the email (listed on your order) will be sent when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
